Welcome to Krystel’s Customs. By placing an order with us, you (the "Customer") agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before finalizing your purchase.

• Accuracy: It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure all spelling, dates, and design details provided are correct. Please double check your spellings before ordering. 
• Proofing: For complex designs, a digital proof may be sent for approval. Once a proof is approved via email or messaging, Krystel’s Customs is not responsible for errors present in the approved design.
• Color Matching: Please note that screen resolutions vary; physical colors of vinyl, thread, or ink may differ slightly from what you see on your monitor.

• Full Payment: For orders under $50, full payment is required upfront.
• Deposits: For orders exceeding $50, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your spot on the production calendar. The remaining balance is due upon completion and before the item is shipped or picked up.
• Invoices: Unpaid invoices will be canceled after 48 hours, and the production slot will be released.

• Current standard turnaround time is 3-7 business days depending on order sizes and availability (If timeline will differ you will be notified of delays or need for longer time line)
• Turnaround time begins only after the final design is approved and the deposit/payment is received.
• Rush Orders: Requests for a faster turnaround may incur a "Rush Fee" depending on the current workload.

• Shipping: We are not responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages caused by the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.).
• Local Pick-Up: Items must be picked up within 7 days of the "Ready for Pick-Up" notification. Items left longer than 30 days will be forfeited without a refund.

• Custom Goods: Due to the personalized nature of our items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is physically defective due to a manufacturing error on our part.
• Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of payment, provided production has not already begun.

• Krystel’s Customs provides specific care instructions (e.g., "wash inside out," "hand wash only"). 
• All clothing items are machine wash with like colors, wash item inside out, do not iron or bleach items. Hats are handwash only! Items with special care instructions will have instructions included with the item
• We are not responsible for damage to items caused by improper laundering or general wear and tear after the item has been received.

• Portfolio Use: We reserve the right to photograph and share your custom item on social media or our website for promotional purposes. If your item is a gift or a surprise, please let us know so we can delay posting!
• Copyrighted Material: We will not reproduce licensed or copyrighted images (e.g., Disney, professional sports logos) without proof of permission from the owner.
